Description
Work in Beautiful Salida, CO working in an Outpatient Clinic setting.
Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health.
- Active Physical Therapist licensure for the state.
- Pelvic Health Certification required.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
- Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy.

- ACP Training
Responsibilities
- Examine patients to conduct thorough assessments and determine diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention strategies.
- Design and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations.
- Promote overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups to prevent injuries and disabilities.
- Engage in consultation, education, and research within the field of physical therapy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports.
