Description

Certified Surgical Technologist / Surgical Scrub Tech (CST) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Sunday – Saturday Work Week
- Call Protocol: 5 to 6 12-hour call shifts required per 6-week schedule period.
- RTO Protocol: All requested time off (RTO) or schedule requests must be included at time of submission (no post-submission RTO will be approved).
- Attire: Facility-provided surgical scrubs.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical Surgical Tech experience required [HARDSTOP]. Must have completed prior travel experience [HARDSTOP].
Clinical Specialty Baseline [HARDSTOP]: HEAVY Total Joint and Orthopedic surgical scrub experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Must also be competent scrubbing Elective and Emergent cases in Robotic, GYN, Urology, General, ENT, and Ortho Spine.
EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR required [HARDSTOP].
Radius Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Strict 200-mile radius rule enforced (Travelers only; no local candidates within 200 miles) [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS certification [HARDSTOP]. Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist via NBSTSA/NCCT) preferred.
