Description
*This is a 36/48 rotating schedule with rotating weekends*
$1,776/36 hours
$2,264/48 hours
*Corrections experience required*
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an LPN or LVN.
- At least 2 years of corrections experience within the last 5 years.
- One year of recent (within the last 3 years) relevant practical nursing experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and nights, with availability for weekend rotation.
- Must hold current BLS certification.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in correctional healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols pertinent to clinical corrections work.
- Capable of handling diverse patient needs with professionalism and empathy.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse certification.
- Relevant clinical experience, particularly in correctional or similar environments.
