Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Dayton, Ohio
We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 14-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Dayton, Ohio. This opportunity offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients while helping improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life in a post-acute rehab setting.
This is a great fit for an SLP who enjoys collaborative rehab care and making a meaningful impact throughout the patient recovery process.

Responsibilities
- Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
