Description
Temp to Perm 13 week max travel assignment. Must live 100+ miles from Children's CCU RN 0.9 FTE I ask the same questions that Margot asks. I also ask about their experience with cardiac patients, procedures, surgeries, etc. I do ask about VAD experience as well, it?s not a requirement, but we will orient them to VADs they have past experience with certain types of VADs. The standard questions I ask travelers are: to tell me about their background what patient assignment types they are currently being assigned What high acuity assignments they have been and are comfortable taking Discuss comfortability with pressors, intubated patients, sedation protocols, and titration protocols If they've worked with our specific ventilators?Triology and Servos If they've worked with our specific infusion pumps EPIC background Where they have floated to on home or current assignments
