Travel RN – ER / Med-Surg 

(Dual Role - Weekend Day/Night Rotation)

🚨 CRITICAL Schedule, Licensing & Preference Filters

• Strict Day/Night Rotation (Fri–Sun): Candidates MUST be willing to work both day and night shifts on a 3x12 weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday). Candidates seeking a fixed shift will be immediately rejected.
• Regional Candidate Preference: The Hiring Director explicitly prefers local or regional Midwest candidates who live within driving distance of southwest Minnesota.
• Licensure Alert: Active Minnesota (MN) RN License is strongly preferred at the time of submittal.
• Mandatory Orientation Block: Candidate must commit to weekday orientation the week of 11/03/2026 and weeknight orientation the week of 11/09/2026 before entering their regular weekend rotation.

Unit & Clinical Scope

• Ratios: 1:4
• Floating Scope: Seamless floating between the Emergency Room and the Med/Surg floor depending on unit census and patient acuity.
• Required Clinical Skills: Proven competency in Med/Surg care, Telemetry monitoring, respiratory management (High-Flow O2, CPAP, BiPAP), and acute ER interventions.

Requirements & Certifications

• Experience: Dual ER and Med/Surg experience + documented EPIC proficiency.
• Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) RN License.
• Required Certifications:
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • TNCC
