RN – UROLOGY OUTPATIENT CLINIC | AUTO OFFER
Location : Madison, CT
Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Days | 5×8s (4×10s may be scheduled)
Hours: 40 hrs/week 
Charting: Epic Required | BLS Required

Requirements:
• 1–2+ years Urology experience required
• Foley & suprapubic catheter changes and voiding trials required
• 2 years specialty experience preferred for submission
• Active CT RN License required; candidate must apply before submission
• Previous Urology experience required
• Local candidates within 75 miles not accepted

Role & Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, pain assessments & medication reconciliation
• Perform catheter changes, voiding trials and specimen collection
• Provide patient education and telephone triage
• Handle medication refills and pharmacy/patient calls
• Review labs and imaging results
• Maintain accurate Epic documentation and patient records
• Support urology clinic procedures and daily patient care
