Facility is 24-bed max capacity med-surg unit that focuses specifically on at-risk patients. The secured unit features enhanced safety features including whole-unit video monitoring, ligature alarms, anti-barricade doors, and a badge-secured entrance. 
 
Floating required.
Every other weekend.
BLS required.
2 years exp required.
First time traveler OK!
Trauma 1 exp preferred.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The performance of these physical demands is an essential function of the job. This position is very active and requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs.
This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses. This position is in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.


Essential Job Functions:
(1) the ability to work at Client’s assigned work location throughout the full term of the contractual engagement,
(2) the ability to work the substantial time of the assigned shift,
(3) the ability to take call,
(4) the ability to work assigned weekends, and
(5) the ability to work at least 50 percent of the holidays that occur during the contract
