Description

MS/Tele Float RN | Olympia, WA 98506

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Patient Ratio: 1:4-6, depending on unit acuity
Float: Yes, throughout the institution based on staffing needs
Patient Population: ER-boarded patients, Tele, MedSurg, and other areas
Charge Experience: Required
Cardiac Stepdown Experience: Ideal, but not required

Charge Responsibilities

The RN may function as Charge Nurse on two small units. These units typically have only 1-2 RNs, supported by LPNs and CNAs. Responsibilities include:

Staffing coordination
Bed flow
General unit coordination
Core charge nurse duties
