RN Case Manager – Inpatient Care Management
Department: RevCycle – Care Management

Location: Glendale, CA
Start Date: 10/12/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 40 hrs/week
On-Call: No

Requirements:

Active California RN License
Epic experience – Required
Inpatient Case Management experience – Required
BLS – Required
BSN – Preferred
Case Management certification – Preferred
Experience handling complex discharge planning
Strike-force experience with Kaiser Permanente or HCA California preferred
Must be able to work independently with minimal training and manage complex cases
