We're seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join Atrius Health's outpatient imaging team in Somerville, MA. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and the chance to work independently while providing both screening and diagnostic mammography services.

What You'll Do

• Perform both screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
• Operate Hologic mammography equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Perform 2D and 3D mammography examinations
• Ensure patient comfort while delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
• Maintain image quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses
• Document patient information and imaging studies within EPIC
• Work independently while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience performing both screening and diagnostic mammography exams

✅ Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting

✅ Strong patient care and communication skills

✅ Experience with Hologic equipment preferred

✅ Excellent attention to detail and image quality standards

✅ EPIC experience preferred

✅ Commitment to delivering exceptional women's imaging services

Requirements

✅ ARRT (M) Certification Required

✅ Massachusetts Radiation Control License required by start date

✅ Minimum 3 years of Mammography experience preferred

✅ Hologic Mammography Experience Required

✅ 2D & 3D Mammography Experience Required

✅ Documentation of 8+ hours of training in both 2D and 3D Mammography

✅ Diagnostic Mammography experience required

✅ Ability to provide Mammography CEU documentation covering the previous 3 years

✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment

✅ Current TB screening within one year of start date

✅ MMR and Varicella vaccination records or titers required

✅ Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years

✅ Must meet all facility onboarding and compliance requirements
