MA – Float Psych RN – Days | Quick Start

📍 Location: Holyoke, MA
📅 Start Date: 10/19/2026
⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
🕖 Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
👩‍⚕️ Specialty: Psychiatric / Adolescent Psych RN

MA RN with strong inpatient Psych experience? This 13-week Psych RN Days contract in Holyoke, MA starts 10/19/2026. Candidates must have an active MA RN license, 3+ years of experience, at least 1 year of Psych experience, and be comfortable floating and taking charge.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license required
Minimum 3 years RN experience
At least 1 year of Psych experience required
Inpatient psychiatric/substance abuse experience preferred
CPR certification required
Must be willing to float to similar or lower-acuity units
Must be willing to take charge
Charge responsibility is included in the all-inclusive rate; no charge multiplier
Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Crisis intervention/de-escalation and restraint-reduction experience preferred
Strong behavioral health knowledge, critical thinking, communication, delegation, and crisis-management skills
