Description
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Santa Rosa, CA with a start of 10/5 available.
Assignment Highlights:
- Weekly Pay: $2980
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Weekend rotation required
- No call responsibilities
Required Qualifications: ✔ 1+ year of Home Health experience
✔ HCHB experience required
Productivity Expectations:
- Minimum of 30 productivity points per week
