Description

Position Details

Role: RN - L&D
Location: Reedley, CA
Contract Duration: 8 weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: (4 x12) Day shift
hours: 48 hours per weeks

Position summary

Experience: Acute care facility experience — Preferred
Education: BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing) — Preferred
RN License: Active RN licensure in the state of practice — Required
BLS/CPR: Required
AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS: Required
AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required

Main Responsibilities

Patient assessment and data collection
Develop and implement patient care plans
Evaluate patient progress and outcomes
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Provide education to patients and families
Participate in discharge planning
Supervise and delegate duties to nursing/healthcare staff
Maintain a safe and caring patient environment
Perform other related duties as assigned
