Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

BSN
Previous nursing experience

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient/family education, and care coordination
Performs comprehensive assessments, documents findings, and responds to changes in patient condition
Supports discharge planning, delegation, and unit-based quality improvement activities
