General / Vascular / Neuro / Ortho Surgical Technologist (CST / ST) – Day Shift

• Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour or 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
  • Call Protocol: Approximately every 5th weekend as a call weekend (split between Call 1 and Call 2) plus 1–2 weekday calls per week (could increase based on staffing needs). Holiday call rotation required if a holiday falls within the contract.
  • Call Response Time: Must arrive on site within 30 minutes from the time of the call.
  • RTO Protocol: Candidates with minimal RTO receive priority. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and added to confirmation (no post-confirmation RTO will be honored).
  • Cancellation Policy: Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.

• Location Region: Zanesville, Ohio (OH) | Level 3 Trauma Center Setting

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

• Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3+ years of broad, high-level Operating Room Surgical Technologist experience required [HARDSTOP]. Candidates lacking a full breadth of current experience will not be considered.
• Education Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology training program [HARDSTOP].
• Clinical Specialty Scope [HARDSTOP]: Direct intraoperative scrub mastery across multi-specialty cases including General, Vascular, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery [HARDSTOP]. Must demonstrate strong knowledge of Central Processing and instrumentation.
• Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
  • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist — NBSTSA) certification preferred.
• EMR Proficiency: Experience with Epic EMR.
