✅ 1+ year RN experience
✅ IMC/Stepdown experience preferred
✅ RN License – Single State or Compact
✅ BLS (AHA) – Required
✅ ACLS (AHA) – Required
✅ NIHSS – Required
✅ TNCC – Preferred
✅ Rotating weekends
✅ On-call — discussed during interview
✅ ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required
✅ BSN preferred
✅ May float to other departments within scope of competency
✅ Assess, plan, implement & evaluate patient care
✅ Monitor patient status and treatment plans
✅ Provide patient education and supportive care
