• Shift Schedule: Day Shift, 08:00 – 16:30
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Facility Bed Capacity: 289 beds
• Unit Staffing Model: Total of 23 Full-Time/PRN staff comprising a collaborative mix of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Social Workers (SWs).
• Shift Breakdown:
  • Day Shift: 10–13 mix of RNs and SWs
  • Night Shift: 0 dedicated floor staff
• Estimated Patient Ratios:
  • RN Ratio: 1 : 25
  • Social Worker Ratio: 1 : 40
• Documentation Systems: Meditech, Midas, Wellsky
• Equipment & Procedures: N/A (Administrative/clinical coordination focus)

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Core Requirement: Demonstrated experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
• Certifications: Active RN license (FL or compact) and BLS.
