RN – Step Down | Mosaic Life Care – St. Joseph, MO
Start: 10/06/2026Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Schedule: 3x12s or 4x12s; block scheduling available
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
Patient ratio: 1:5
Unit: Orthopedic & Neuro Unit
Beds: 48 total; 32 telemetry beds
Charting: Epic

Certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, RN license/compact license
