Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly 

Orientation Pay: Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate.                                             

Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify.
                                                                                                                                  

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week night shift contract at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, NY. The RN will provide emergency care in a fast-paced department while working 36 hours per week, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Epic experience are required.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Epic EHR experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Must be available for every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) per department rotation
• No local contracts – candidate must live 75+ miles from the facility
• No on-call requirement
