RN – Mother-Baby / L&D / Couplet Care | Travel Contract
Location: Charlotte, NC 28277
Start: 10/05/2026 | Duration: 13 Weeks | 1 Position
Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM–7:15 AM | 3×12s | 36 hrs/week
Pay: Contact Recruiter | Epic Required | First-Time Travelers Accepted
Requirements: 2+ years experience | L&D + Mother-Baby/Couplet Care
REQUIRED | BLS/BCLS, NRP, FHM, AWHONN Intermediate required | AWHONN Advanced & ACLS preferred | NC/Compact RN license | Must be able to work L&D, couplet care, C-section circulation & PACU recovery.
Skills: High-risk & vaginal deliveries, fetal monitoring, C-section scrub/circulate/recovery, postpartum hemorrhage, magnesium/Pitocin, IV therapy, blood products, antepartum care, newborn assessment, APGAR, breastfeeding support, phototherapy, Foley care, and postpartum/couplet care.
Unit: 8-bed LDRP + overflow/observation/triage | L&D Ratio: 1:1–2 | Couplet Care: ~1:3 | 15 rooms/17 beds | Low-risk maternal & neonatal population.
