What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a hospital setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Work with patients with a variety of medical, orthopedic, post-surgical, and rehabilitation needs.
• Assist patients with mobility progression and safe discharge planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and continued care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
