This is a great assignment for an OT who enjoys helping patients regain independence while experiencing the beautiful Berkshires.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living and functional mobility.
• Provide interventions focused on strength, coordination, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
