Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

 

Certification: BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)

 

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Minimum of 1+ year of recent, direct bedside experience with pediatric critical care patients.

· Experience with pediatric mechanical ventilation, high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), nasal CPAP, and managing tracheostomies.

· Experience with managing arterial lines, central lines, and titrating vasoactive, paralytic, and sedative infusions and other critical care pediatric medications.

· Competency in weight-based pharmacology (Broset-method/PALS dosing) and age-specific assessments stretching from neonates up to adolescents and young adults.
