Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred Experience in a care management role: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required Case management certification: Preferred Department Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Day Shift, 8-4:30PM, Sun-Th , 40 hrs/week. No on call. need an CM RN. looking for Staff with IP CM experience, preferred staff that are used to strike force that requires minimum training and can handle a complex dc planning
