🏥 Care Manager – Burbank, CA
- Position: Care Manager / RN Care Manager
- Location: Burbank, CA
- Shift: Day | 5x8s, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Patient Load: Up to 25
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Weekend: Every other weekend – Saturday & Sunday, with one weekday off
- Experience: 2 years acute medical Care Manager experience required
- Travel Experience: Required
- Epic: Required
- CA RN License: Required by start; pending license accepted at submission
First-time travelers: Accepted, but must be screened
