Location: Keene, NH — 580 Court St.
Length: Assignment details not provided in the posting
Setting: Outpatient Rehab, with oncology PT focus
Patient population: Primarily adults; all age experience welcome
Experience: 2+ years current PT experience required; no new grads
Must have: Outpatient Orthopedic experience
Required: EPIC and Expro experience
License: Active NH or Compact PT license, in hand
Certification: AHA BLS required
Travel: Previous travel experience highly preferred
Patient load: Typically 2–3 evaluations/day plus treatments; one patient at a time
Modalities: Experience with standard PT modalities such as e-stim and ultrasound
Vehicle: Traveler must have own vehicle
Local travelers: Not accepted within 50 miles
Weekends/Holidays: Holidays may be required; traveler must work 2 holiday blocks if scheduled/needed
RTO: Maximum 5 days; must be submitted upfront
Scheduling: No block scheduling or other schedule accommodations
