9H Days M- Th 7-4, F 7- Noon
Unit Notes:- Radiation Therapist
- BLS- ARRT for Radiation Therapist licensure required
- Current AZ State CTT Radiation Therapist certification
- Days Monday - Friday- 40 hours/ week guarantee
- No cancellations
Equipment & Planning Software: Varian 21iX Lin Acc, Pinnacle treatment planning.EMR System: Mosaiq and AllscriptsRecord & Verify: Mosaiq record and verifyGeneral Position Summary:Accurately administers external beam radiation therapy to patients according to thephysician prescription. Records all aspects of treatment and accounts for any deviationin the process. Immediately notifies physician or director of any error.
