Start: 11/02/2026
Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4x10s, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday with rotating day off
Hours: 40 hours/week
Experience: 2 years of IR experience required
Travel experience: Not required; first-time travelers accepted
License: Ohio license required
Certifications: ARRT(R) and BLS
EMR: Epic required/preferred per posting
Equipment: Siemens experience required
Skills: Interventional radiology, vascular procedures, venous access, biopsies, angioplasty, embolization, drains, stents, thrombectomy/thrombolysis
Setting: 8 IR procedure rooms; interventional procedures only — no Cath/EP, Neuro, or Hybrid OR
Call: 1 primary + 1 backup weekday/month, plus 1 weekend every 6 weeks
RTO: Up to 2 requests; must be included with submission
References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be a manager/director/supervisor
Important: Ohio fingerprinting must be completed immediately after booking; strict compliance deadline is the Tuesday before start date
