40 HOURS GUARANTEED - OUPATIENT OP outpatient op

-   Collaborative PT team that share ideas for treatment plans and exercise progression. Everyone supports each other.
-   Very positive team culture throughout the company
-   Awesome patient population(age 8 to 90) that are compliant and looking to get better and stronger
-   PT’s are encouraged to see between 11-13 patients per day while working with an aide. Dedicated 30 minutes of documentation time after am and pm shift. Rarely have PTs work through their lunch or stay beyond the end of their shift.
-   Training program that allows slow buildup of schedule
-   Dedicated Admin and Billing Team allow the PT to focus on what they do best: treat patients, not burden of dealing with scheduling, insurance companies, or other admin duties
