Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: Federal Way, WA Facility: Federal Way Public Schools Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Setting: School-Based Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Contract: 42 Weeks Stipend: Available for Travelers<h3>Job Description</h3>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Federal Way Public Schools in a school-based setting. The SLP will provide speech and language services to students, support their educational development, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to students.</li><li>Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.</li><li>Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and school staff.</li><li>Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs.</li><li>Provide appropriate interventions for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders.</li><li>Follow school and district policies and applicable regulations.</li></ul>

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
