Registered / Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Shifts Start at 18:45 (Early clock-in encouraged between 18:38 – 18:45) | 36 Hours Per Week
- Weekend Protocol: Weekend coverage required (2 weekends per month minimum; every-weekend option available).
- On-Call Protocol: No call required.
- Holiday & RTO Hardstop [STRICT]: Zero RTO permitted over the holidays (11/22/2026 – 01/05/2027). Candidates must be available to work all holidays occurring within this period [HARDSTOP].

Location Region: Jackson, Mississippi (MS) | High-Volume Acute Hospital Setting

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3+ years of acute care hospital experience required [HARDSTOP]. Must be prepared for high volume and high acuity across multiple ICUs, NICU, and Burn units.
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Mississippi Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License [HARDSTOP].
Certifications & Credentials [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active NBRC RRT or CRT credential [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Preferred Certifications: Active AHA ACLS and AHA PALS preferred.
Radius Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Strict 50-mile radius rule enforced. Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles.
