Shift: 12 hours, rotating

ACLS BLS NRP. Outpatient training/competency is dependent on contract length and availability. - Experience: Mechanical ventilation including NIV with Hamilton C1. All types of inhalation therapy, EKGS, ABGs, ISTAT. One year of experience. Highly prefer Epic experience. Neo puff- and able to support high risk c-sections. - Job Duties: Draw ABGs, perform EKGs with the use of ISTAT. Holter monitor set up. - Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist? No, just assist. - Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist?: Director of Cardiopulmonary. - Shifts & Scheduling: Days and NOCs. NOCs work independently (lunch is paid since you are working alone). That is willing to work days and nights. 6-630 12 hours.

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
