Travel Healthcare Position – Cleveland Clinic

Facility: Cleveland Clinic Health System
Location: Ohio
Shift: Day – 3×12 hours
Hours: 9:00 AM–9:30 PM
Schedule: 6 Days On / 8 Days Off
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: 10/26/2026

Schedule

This position follows a set 6-on/8-off schedule.

The 6 consecutive working days are:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

Then the candidate will have 8 consecutive days off before the next 6-day work block.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty before starting travel assignments
• Active Ohio RN license in hand at submission
• Compact licenses accepted for qualifying start dates
• BLS required
• All required certifications must be active and in hand; pending certifications are not accepted
• One professional reference from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, or Director in the specialty
• Non-supervisory references will not be accepted

Submission Requirements

• All RTO (requested time off) must be provided at submission
• Candidate can only be submitted to one Cleveland Clinic Health System position at a time
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• PBDS assessment is waived

Orientation & Assessments

During orientation, candidates must complete:

• ECG Rhythm Recognition Test
• SafeMedicate Assessment

Candidates have a maximum of 2 attempts to achieve a passing score.

Compliance

• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting must be completed before the start date
• Modules are completed through Silkroad
• Pre-start and annual modules are billable for up to 4 hours; additional pre-start module time is non-billable
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions allowed
• Nurses and CSTs are exempt from the nicotine-free requirement
• Facility does not accept license hits
• Candidates with an open background case will not be accepted
• Facility has a strict Do Not Call policy

Important

If the candidate has facial hair, PAPRs are not accepted as an alternative unless the candidate has an approved agency medical or religious exemption.
