Description

HOME HEALTH RN – Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids, WI

Shift: 7A–3:30P | Mon–Fri | 38 hrs/week, flex to 40
Contract: 13 weeks | ASAP Start
Location: Stevens Point/Plover area
Auto Offer – NO INTERVIEW: Submit profile packet → Facility reviews → Job offer

Requirements: 2+ yrs recent Home Health RN + previous travel assignment; Case Management preferred; active WI/Compact RN license; AHA/ARC BLS; valid driver’s license; OASIS & Epic Remote Care experience.

Skills: OASIS admissions/episode management, wound care/wound vacs, IV/PICC/ports, lab draws, G/J tubes, Foley/suprapubic, ostomy & chronic disease management.

Schedule: 4–6 patients/day; 25–60 miles/day; every 3rd weekend/holiday; on-call ~5x/month with 15-min response; adjacent-territory float as needed.

Radius: Must live 50+ miles from Aspirus WI Rapids.
Parking: Free onsite.
