Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Washington RN License
• BLS required
• Acute Care RN experience preferred
• 1+ year RN experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC & PEARS required within specified timeframes
• RN-C preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Coordinate and delegate patient care
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Maintain patient safety and follow organizational policies
