Job Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER RN) | Direct Hire

Location: Show Low, AZ

Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire (Full-Time, 36 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $31.00 – $47.00 / hour (DOE)

Bonus Package: Up to $15,000 Total ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Assistance)

Shift: 12-Hour Days or 12-Hour Nights (3x12s | 36 Hours Guaranteed)

Position Overview

A premier regional medical center in Show Low, Arizona is seeking skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RN) for full-time, direct-hire roles with both Day and Night shifts available. Practice in an active Level IV Trauma Center featuring 30 private rooms, a dedicated 6-bed observation unit, fast-track support, and balanced 1:3 to 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios.

Key Responsibilities

Provide rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and direct emergency nursing care to pediatric and adult trauma, cardiac, neuro, and medical emergencies.
Manage critical emergency interventions, IV access, and medication administration via Omnicell.
Document patient care and clinical orders accurately within Allscripts Sunrise EMR.
Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, mid-level providers, ED technicians, and inpatient transfer teams.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of recent emergency room (ER/ED) acute care RN experience.
Active Arizona Registered Nurse license or valid Compact / Multi-State RN license.
Active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required.

Openings & Shift: 8 Total Perm Roles (4 Days / 4 Nights) | 3x12s, 36 hrs/wk guaranteed. Pay & Bonuses: $31.00 – $47.00/hr + $10K sign-on ($5K at 90 days, $5K at 12 mos) + $5K relocation (1-yr commitment). Unit Highlights: Level IV Trauma, ~100 visits/day, 30 private beds (6 EDOU beds, 6 fast-track beds with PA, 5 monitored/seclusion). Staffing & Ratios: 1:3 to 1:4 patient ratios; 5 ED techs during peak hours. Systems & Attire: Allscripts Sunrise EMR, Omnicell meds. Scrubs: Any color except all black (not provided). Requirements: 1+ yr ER experience; AZ/Compact license; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC required. Submittal Packet: Resume (with trauma level/bed size), cover page, ER skills checklist, Nursys verification, and references.
