Job Description:
Seeking an experienced LTAC LPN for a 13-week assignment providing direct patient care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills and experience caring for patients with complex medical needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
