• Shift: Days, 5x8s — approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Experience: At least 6 months recent/current Home Health experience
• First-Time Travelers: No
• Travel Experience: Home Health travel experience required
• Specialty: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health
• Patient Caseload: Approximately 6–10 visits/day
• Weekend: Occasional
• Call: Not required
• Block Scheduling: Will discuss
• Charting: Homecare Homebase
• Local Candidates: Accepted
• License: TN license or Compact license must be in hand; pending license not accepted
• RTO: Must be included at submission; no specific restrictions listed
• COVID Vaccine: Required; medical/religious exemptions allowed
• Flu Vaccine: Required; medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed
