• Location: Portland, OR

• Contract: 13 weeks
• Shift: Evenings, 11:00 AM–9:30 PM
• Schedule: 3x12s listed; 48 hours not approved
• Experience: 2 years listed; at least 1 year required
• Travel Experience: Required
• Certification: NBSTSA required; military-trained surgical techs accepted
• BLS: Required
• Specialty: Adult Acute Care OR
• Charting: Epic
• Surgical Experience: Broad OR experience required, including General, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Colorectal, Hepatobiliary and Endovascular
• Required Skills: Broad knowledge of surgical equipment and instrumentation
• Robotics: Intuitive Surgical Xi & Si required
• Endovascular/Hybrid OR: Experience required
• Whipple: Hardstop requirement
• Call: Required — 16 hours weekday call + 24 hours weekend call every 4 weeks
• Weekend: Required; may work weekend shift in lieu of weekday shift based on department needs
• Float: No unit float listed; facility notes travelers may be expected to float to nearby sister facilities
• RTO: Up to 7 days; all RTO/scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
• Holiday: Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE or NYD
• Local Candidates: Accepted within 50 miles at a lower bill rate
• License: Compact license must be in hand at submission
• Providence Restriction: Can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time
• Prior Providence: Must disclose any previous Providence employment/travel/registry and dates
• References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
