• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Experience: 1 year required
• Travel Experience: Not required
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Certifications: ARRT(R), BLS, ACLS
• License: Oregon license; pending license accepted
• Specialty: Interventional Radiology / Cath Lab / Special Procedures
• Required Skills: Scrub, sterile technique, room circulation, equipment setup, arrhythmia recognition
• Procedures: Cardiac cath, PCI/PTCA, left/right heart cath, angioplasty, EVAR/TEVAR, thrombectomy/thrombolysis, angiography, embolization
• Experience Areas: Cardiac, vascular, IR and neuro
• Structural Heart: TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman
• Equipment: Philips imaging/Xper hemo, IVUS/IFR/FFR, OCT, Rotablator, Penumbra, AngioJet, Jetstream, EKOS, Shockwave
• Float: Required within the Cath Lab unit
• Call: Required — 8 call days per 4-week period, including 1 call weekend every 3–5 weeks
• Weekend: 1 call weekend every 3–5 weeks
• Call-Back: 2-hour minimum
• RTO: Up to 7 days
• Local Candidates: Not accepted within 75 miles
• COVID Vaccine: Not required
• Flu Vaccine: Required; medical/religious exemptions allowed
• References: 2 professional references from the past year; at least 1 must be a manager, and references cannot be pending
• Work History: Complete 7-year work history required for submission
• Education: Degree type, field of study, and school location required for all degrees
