HIGHLIGHTS:

• Will support newly opened PCU, but ICU patients anticipated
• Will care for MS/Tele, PCU and/or critical care patients, as well as float to these areas if low census
• Must start no later than 10/20 (10/6 preferred)
• Traveler must be willing to obtain TNCC/TCAR within 30 days of starting
• Years of Experience: 2
• Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred
• Travel Experience Required: Yes
• Certifications : ACLS, BLS, TCAR/TNCC

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Float Required : in the event that census is low, travelers will be expected to float to CC (1:2-3patients) or Med-surg/tele (1:5-6patients)
• Patient Age Groups : Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Daily Census: 8
• Patient Diagnoses : Afib RVR, TAVR, post PCI, DKA, COPD/Asthma exacerbations, stable vents, high fiO2 requirements HF management, Renal failure
• Special Equipment: Continuous bedside monitoring, arterial lines
