Description

ONCOLOGY PHARMACIST

Shift: Days | 5x8s | 06:00 AM–02:00 PM | 40 hrs/week
Experience: 2+ years oncology pharmacy experience
Required: Inpatient or Outpatient Oncology + IV/Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Medication Preparation
Certifications: PA Pharmacist License REQUIRED | BLS | IV Certification | Chemo/Hazardous Drug
EPIC: Beacon experience REQUIRED
Skills: Chemotherapy, sterile compounding, IVPB/IV push, oncologic dosing, pharmacokinetics, Pyxis
Weekend: Every 3rd or 4th Saturday | 08:00 AM–04:30 PM
Call: None
Float: York Hospital; may float to Apple Hill (2 miles away)
RTO: Max 7 days
Holiday: Must work required major holidays; max 1 holiday off
License: PA license must be in hand before submission/work
Vaccine: COVID & Flu required; applicable exemptions allowed
Charting: EPIC preferred
Facility: Tobacco & fragrance-free; may care for COVID patients
Screening: Clinical review + manager interview required
