Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) – Port Orchard, WA

Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff!

PediaStaff is seeking 3 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities in the Port Orchard, WA area for the 2026-2027 school year. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available!

Position Details

Pay: $58–$65 per hour
Dates: ASAP – June 17, 2027
3 Openings
2 Full-Time Positions: 7.5 hours per day / 37.5 hours per week
1 Part-Time Position: 0.8 FTE / 4 days per week
2 Elementary School openings
1 High School opening
In-person only

Qualifications

Current Washington SLP license
Current ESA certification
Must be fingerprinted/cleared through OSPI
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
School-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide individual and group therapy as appropriate
Participate in IEP meetings and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school professionals
Maintain required documentation, evaluations, and progress reports
Provide strategies and recommendations to support students' communication needs in the educational environment
