Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Requirements8:30-5pm with a weekend rotation of every 3rd weekend.Day shift, 8 hr shifts for 5 daysno on-callLicenses: PT license, CPRICU experience preferred but not required Education and Work Experience:<ul><li>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.</li><li>Two years' Physical Therapy experience: Preferred</li></ul>Licenses/Certifications:<ul><li>Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required</li><li>Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required</li></ul>Facility Specific License/Certifications:<ul><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required</li></ul>
