Core staffing for Mercy DX to support the OR M-F. Main area of coverage will be OR setting.

• ED: 16 beds
• ICU: ~ 20 beds
• Progressive: ~40 beds
• OR: 16 suites
• No Trauma designation
• Facility offers X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Interventional Radiology, and Nuclear Medicine, with Radiology Nursing support
• TJC Stroke accredited
• Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

Department Information:

• Inpatient Census is typically 100% capacity - 224
• Department performs an average of 120 studies/day
• more during the week, less on weekends

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years

• Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• Department will serve ED, Inpatient, Observation, and Outpatient patients
• Will provide imaging in the ED, Fluoroscopy, OR (c-arm, O-arm, G-arm), and portables

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
• BLS

Skills required:

• Fluoro, OR, portable, Emergency department experience/flow

Support within the Department:

• Guest Services/Trasport for Inpatient & Observation patients

• RIS: Epic Radiant
• PACS: Philips iSite

• Intelli C, R/F
• Shimadzu RadSpeed – ED

• Administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearnings, policy review, etc.) – 1 day
• 2 days to 1 week departmental (as needed)
