RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Overview:

Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of labor and delivery experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency with external fetal monitoring equipment
- Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications
- Strong patient assessment and emergency response skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
- Flexibility to float to postpartum units as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in a facility delivering 350-400 births per month
