General Information:
Minimum years of experience: 3+ years
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Dependent on skillset/experience
Equipment Types:Phillips mainly and GE
Required Certifications:BLS ARDMS OR ARRT with Advanced Ultrasound Certification
Skills required:GE (preferred); General body, Extremities, Vascular, OB, Peds
Charting System:EPIC (preferred)
Floating: If yes, where?Discussed during interview with manager
Orientation:(facility and unit)1-2 weeks, dependent on skillset and comfort level
Scheduling:Weekend rotation: Yes, discussed during interview
Will they be on call? If so, what is that schedule? Yes, discussed during interview
Minimal call: 9am-3pm, every couple of months
Holiday Expectations: discussed during interview
Approval of time off? Seek approval; must be stated in contract
