Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services in a K-12 educational setting. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, active state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans/IEPs
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Provide speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing services
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete required documentation and billing
• Participate in discharge planning, family meetings, and education
• Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants, CFYs, interns, and students as needed
