RN – Travel Contract

Experience: 2 Years
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Weekend: Every other weekend
Call: None
Float: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
RTO: Maximum 7 days
Locals: Accepted at same rate
Clinical Screening: May be required
Compliance: Full compliance required before start
Holidays: Major holiday requirements apply based on the number of holidays during the assignment
Orientation: Bi-weekly; incomplete compliance may delay start by 2 weeks

Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality patient care within scope of practice.
Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
Float to other units within scope of practice as needed.
